Main Equipments:
Bubble Washer:
Washing equipment,primarily for removing hair, fibres, weeds, vegetable roots and the like.
Mesh-belt Blancher:
After cleaning and peeling, when the materials are transported to the next process through the mesh belt drive, workers manually pick out the defective or incompletely peeled materials to keep the workshop floor clean and tidy.
Potato Slicer:
It cuts potatoes into uniform strips. The size of the strips can be adjusted to ensure a high yield rate and that the cut surface is smooth without roughness.
Bubble Washer:
It rinses the cut potato strips to remove impurities on the surface and ensure that the potato strips are clean and hygienic.
Mesh-belt Blancher:
The cleaned raw materials are conveyed into the blancher and move forward in water, pushed by the mesh belt. The water temperature is 98±2℃. To meet the blanching time requirements of different kinds of fruits and vegetables, we adjust the speed of the mesh belt through inverter control to meet specific blanching requirements.
Normal-temperature Water Pre-cooler:
The normal-temperature water pre-cooling machine rapidly cools the blanched vegetables. At the same time, it removes impurities from the surface of the products by blowing them away. The products are transported to the water tank through the mesh belt and get cooled during this process.
The reverse water flow generated by the operation of the mesh belt washes away the impurities. When the products enter the chiller, the water sprayed onto them not only cools the products but also reduces the cooling energy consumption in the subsequent step.
Ice-water Pre-cooler:
Before starting the operation, fill the water tank completely. Then open the liquid supply and suction valves and start the motor. When the water temperature drops below +5℃, the machine can be utilized for chilling purposes. And the temperature of the product will be approximately lower than +12℃.
Vibrating Drainage Machine:
Drain by high-frequency vibration to reduce the amount of water that would be brought into the freezer and prevent the products from adhering to one another.
Vibrating Feeder:
To feed the products to fluidized freezer evenly.
Fluidized Quick Freezing Machine:
With the individually quick frozen (IQF) technology, the individually quick frozen strawberry tunnel freezer can quickly freeze a large number of strawberries within a few minutes and prevent them from sticking together. Precise temperature control and the adjustable speed function of the freezing conveyor belt ensure an excellent freezing effect for strawberries. In addition, this freezer is made of stainless steel, has a well-sealed structure, and can use energy efficiently. Moreover, the industrial individually quick frozen strawberry freezer is easy to operate through the computer control system.
