Our company’s eel roasting production line is a dedicated line specially designed for eel roasting processing.
The entire production line consists of three main parts:
1. Skin And Deep Roasting Section
The pre-processed eel raw materials, after slaughtering and cleaning, are placed on the conveyor belt and transported into the roasting chamber. The burners in the chamber are connected to the gas pipeline.

2.Steaming Chamber Section
The roasted eels are then conveyed to the steaming section, which is connected to the steam pipeline and an external steam boiler.

3.Cattail Burning/Teriyaki Section
This section involves processes such as coating the eels with soy sauce.

Finally, the completed eels are sent into a spiral quick-freezing machine via the conveyor belt.
