The vibration spreading device has the capability to evenly distribute materials, prevent products from piling up, and reduce the burden of equipment in the subsequent procedure. The primary components of the vibration spreading machine include a vibration bed, sieve plate, supporting system, and vibration motor. The principle of vibration tiling and motion is utilized in the equipment. High-frequency vibration feeding is achieved by the vibration motor, and the vibration structure is supported by four groups of rubber springs.

The equipment is constructed with stainless steel (SUS304), with the exception of the vibration motor, electrical components, and other standard parts. It is durable, stable, and reliable, and is easy to operate and maintain.
